Thursday, January 1, 2004Wendy's apartment moveoutThe moveout is finally over! After 7 days of packing and several trips to Goodwill, Salvation Army, Children's Hospital Store, Wendy's apartment is empty and we returned the keys. There was a ton of stuff that was donated & thrown away and yet we still ended up with over 2500lb's of stuff shipped with the movers and another three SUV-loads of random items. Our friends, Cory and Brian, are thankfully helping us out with the remainder of her stuff. We've got about half a carload of stuff and our pets, Carrot (absynnian guinea pig) and Lady (half-pomeranian & half-spitz). Anyhow, we're both really tired. So today, we're going to be taking Lady to the groomers and relaxing a bit before driving up to the Bay Area. Then we've gotta move the pets in and unpack. Hurray!
