Scheduling
I have serious time management problems, that I think revolve around my inability to do three things:

1. Create and adhere to a schedule.
2. Codify what's important to me.
3. Prioritize items that need to be done.

So my near-term important items are:

1. Go to the gym regularly
2. Begin studying for the LSAT regularly
3. Control my time and not let it control me

Priorities:

1. Completion of goals
2. Relationships
3. Work

Schedules need to revolve around some time constraints. I should probably start with a scheduled time for sleep. Cause lack of sleep can really mess up my rhythm:

1. Sleep by 10:30pm starting tomorrow.
2. Wake up by 7:30am starting tomorrow.

Ok good start.

Now schedule for goals:

Now, I need a workout schedule.

I want to workout at least 1 hour per day. If I break it down into two 30 minute chunks I can fit one session in during the morning and one during lunch.

I want to study LSAT two hours per week. (?) Maybe. If I break this down into 30 minute chunks I can fit 4 into a 7 week day.

Controlling time, this is a tough one. I think the adherence to a schedule will help me with my difficulty controlling time. Plus it may be a good excuse to get a nicer watch :)

Ok tomorrow I'll come out with a realistic schedule. Below is something I whipped up for tomorrow.

Work Schedule:
===========
Wake up: 7:30am
Get ready for work: 8:00am
Pick up backup for exercise: 8:30am
Exercise for half an hour: 8:45am - 9:15am
Shower: 9:20-9:40am
Breakfast: 9:40am-10am
Work: 10am-12:00pm
Lift weights: 12:05pm- 12:35pm
Break for lunch: 12:40pm (pick something up and eat at cube)
Break for snack: 3:30pm (walk around campus)
Work until 7:30pm
Lift again/Free-time?: 7:45pm-8:15pm
Eat dinner: 8:25pm
Watch TV/hang with friends/LSAT time: 9:00pm-10:00pm
Drive home:10:05-10:20pm
Get ready for bed: 10:25pm
In bed: 10:30pm

Food Schedule (6 times):

Eat breakfast: 9:40am
Eat lunch: 12:40pm
Eat snack: 3:30pm
Eat snack: 5:00pm
Eat snack: 7:00pm
Eat dinner: 8:30pm
