Friday, September 5, 2003Beautiful sleepI'm actually feeling well-rested and less stressed out today. You know it's interesting to read the blogs of other people-- well at least the ones that frequently update. Often times when I blog-graze, I skip the entries that are about so-and-so's "day", which I could really care less about. (Yes, I know I'm guilty of writing the same things, but this is my blog so tough shit! I can be judgemental *and* hold double standards. Besides those blog entries are more or less for me. :p) Anyhow, I skip all those boring entries and make a reading bee-line straight for what I'll call "drama-queen blog entries." These are the pent up annoyances of the writer, most of the time about nothing at all. I find myself drawn to those to particular entries not for the facts of the situation, but to orient my own feelings in relation to the writer's reaction. I enjoy reading their reactions and being glad that they have voiced my feelings to the exact/similar situation or being incensed that they're just stupid idiots. I don't know, maybe I'm a weirdo blog-emotion stalker.
