08/12/2004: "Ebay buying frenzy"

I've been buying up old laptops and parts like crazy.

I just bought two laptops, a harddrive, an ext dvd-rom & bid on 3 bootable ext cd-rom's.

This is in addition to the treo 600, that I bought less than a two months ago.

I think its a coping mechanism-- buy stuff to make me feel less burnt out.

In other news, Wendy's in Hong Kong right now. I wonder if she'll get any cool stuff there. When she gets back I'll ask her to post some pictures of her Thailand trip & Hong Kong trip, I'm pretty curious as I've never been anywhere in Southeast Asia.

The best thing this week is that she's coming back on Saturday-- hurray!

The last few weeks have been brutal. Lately, I've felt like I haven't been sleeping (possibly because I'm waking up early to get work done & sometimes get side tracked). Anywho, I've gotta finish up some work, write more when I get a chance.
